Release and Hold Harmless Agreement

Risks Assumed

The Undersigned assumes for him / her self and any family member or spectator that accompanies them the inherent dangerous risks which are involved in handling, training, working around or being a spectator of dogs and dog related activities. This risks may include, but are not limited to damage to personal property, illness, bodily injury, physical harm or death to dogs, owners, handlers, and spectators.

Undersigned and Visitor Release and Hold Harmless

 In consideration therefore, for the privilege of utilizing, participating in activities, visiting and or working around dogs on the property of CJ Davis at 471 S, Corbin Rd Post Falls Idaho. the Undersigned does herby agree to indemnify and hold harmless CJ Davis and her family.  Further releases them from any liability or responsibility for damages arising from any accident, injury, damage, illness, or death caused by or sustained by the Undersigned or any property or dog the Undersigned owns, leases, handles, or bring onto the property, or to any family member spectator / visitor accompanying the Undersigned.  The Undersigned further agrees to defend and hold harmless CJ Davis and her family members from any claim arising from use, participation or presence at the CJ Davis property.

Conditions of Premises/Safety

The Undersigned has inspected the Davis property, and accepts the facilities including, but not limited to the type, conditions and suitability of the arena footing and adequate and appropriate for the use of the Undersigned his/her dog, family members and guests.  The Undersigned understands that the Davis property is a five acre parcel with with neighboring dogs and livestock and assumes liability and responsibility for any damage caused by the Undersigned his / her dog his or her guests or family members to the property or harm or injury to other animals present on or surrounding the Davis property.  The Undersigned agrees that they will be responsiable for any damage, harm or vandalism caused to property due to their negligence. The Undersigned agrees to only use the areas of the property designated for their use.  To not open or enter through any gate that is closed, and to obey any posted signs or instructions.
